"Vic"

Vic was our local upholsterer and furniture maker before he retired. He lives just up the road and his late wife was mums cousin (I think) He's been on his own now for years and I usually pass him most mornings going for his paper. On Sunday had went down for his paper as usual and only when he got there did he realise it was Sunday and late opening :( he said to tell dad that it's all part of "getting on" as we get older we forget more. Dad was glad to get in bed tonight cos he has to be up early for church :((( easier to explain tomorrow that it's Tuesday !!!
