Flu jab today...

Got the aches and a very sore arm tonight!! A couple of these bad boys and a night in my own bed will see me right! In other news my daughter and I have entered the 5k Spooky Sprint at the end of the month! Spooky Sprint In aid of Parkinson's UK.
