Construction in Addis

It was cold and rainy and I would have been much happier to stay in bed...but I forced myself to go for a jog and then go to take some photos. I still find this construction site interesting - hope you do too.

It is now official - the regional office will be moved to Addis. I am very happy that the decision has been taken as it ends months of speculation. But it is quite a blow nonetheless. I will know much more after discussing this with the human resource guy at noon later today. But I think by the end of the year, we will not have jobs.

But we are hopeful, ever hopeful, that things will all work for good.
