Took bike in to get the second front wheel puncture in as many weeks sorted out and after a chat with one of the blokes in bike hospital we agreed that I'd have a puncture resistant tyre fitted. And take great care to avoid those pesky conker shells .....

Opposite bike hospital (Streetwise Cycles, actually) is one of Norwich's best known pubs, the Fat Cat. I very rarely drink in this pub because a) it's not a big place and is usually stuffed to the gills and b) I very rarely drink in pubs these days as it's so expensive.
