What's in a name ?

Can't think why they called the cafe "L'Horizon". I would have gone for something more imaginative, like "See, view" or "Water's edge".

I suppose names like that could either be meaningless to the French, or get lost in translation. What about "O blu" ? A play on the word "Eau" meaning water..... OK, let's stick with Horizon.
