Penny Bun

Today I didn't have to work.
So we went to the Veluwe, a great area in the Netherlands for finding fresh mushrooms.
This is mostly Boletus edulis, a very tasty mushroom!
So time to make some great recipes with it!
The harvest was to much just for one meal, so I dried the rest.
