Fred's birthday today!

Alex brought in tea in bed at 5:30 to allow present opening (Fred is always out the door by 6:30)
Full school day for yours truly - staggered home at about 17:00 after a blitz on marking... Alex assembled a lamb tagine under Fred's guidance (his fave dish - currently). Only trouble is Alex accidentally saw 1 tablespoon instead of 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper... So we are chilling with the champagne awaiting the 2 hour slow cook in the oven and the outcome... Hmm

Still, there's always cake... Cheers! :-)
