Delays

I have worked from home today as there were train cancellations between 6.30am and midday today! G and I wandered to the station and had coffee early hoping it was going to rectify itself but just after 8am we decided to head back home.

The park was looking lovely and it was such a bright, crisp and sunny day it is hard to believe it is October. The gardeners were out cutting back the hedges, pruning the last of the roses and cutting the grass. The leaves are starting to change colour and I can't wait to walk through all the crunchy leaves in the coming months.

Chilled night of catch up TV and ice cream ahead. Bliss.
