Rutherford Bees

My building at work has a bee-hive on the roof, part of a project to support urban bees. This is the nearest I've been to bees - a little bit nerve-wracking, but totally fascinating. As well as the workers, I saw a drone and the Queen. Our queen has a big red spot on her head, handily.
