Back in town

Going through the photos of Uganda is taking a long time, especially with my current laptop memory shortage. I'm putting the effort in but in the meanwhile I'm gonna keep the daily blipping going, while backblipping all of Uganda. For the start of my trip, click here.

Meanwhile this is a really bad photo to start with now I'm back in the UK. Turns out correcting white balance on a jpeg can be tricky. But this platter I shared with Andy at Clarendon was BEAST!

Have a song: Giorgio by Moroder. I finally got to listen to Random Access Memories on the plane back and this song stands out for it's incredible buildup of melodies. Kind of feels like how the trip back was.

Touchdown in the UK was at around 7am. Kris and me finally split paths at Victoria station. But fear not! The dynamic duo will be reunited tomorrow at one of Colin’s lectures. In other words, we have yet to get rid of each other, after five weeks spent non-stop together.

I made my way back to Leam still covered in Ugandan dirt and to Chandos v.2, aka the PhotoHouse! Mostly everybody was there which was sick, and we headed to the Clarendon for dinner. Settling back into uni life? Incredibly easy, especially with my housemates. Gonna be hard to leave many of the Ugandan habits behind though, some for better some for worse.
