Porty People and Places

Looking for Professor Peter Higgs - joint winner of the Nobel Prize for Physics. I guess we won't find him in Porty today but you never know! Wherever this remarkable scientist is I suspect he has little idea of the enormity of the respect there is for him, and his work in proving that the basic building blocks of our Universe have mass.

The beach was much cooler this morning than last night when we walked coatless in the balmy early evening light. The sun and the cloud, this morning, reminded me of the awe and wonder of our Universe.

I am travelling today, on business, and will be in The Far East for a few days. My blips maybe interrupted and my comments delayed but I will catch up in due course.
