An old customer of ours admitted he damaged some of the pavers he bought some time back and then insisted we replace them. When we said that there will be a charge involved he threw this box of pot feet (which we made especially for him) on the ground with such force that they smashed to pieces.
The customer is almost always right...and who am I to miss a blip opportunity.
