Whooper Swan, having a dribble.

The Whooper differs from the more common Mute Swan as it has a yellow bill as opposed to the Mute's orange bill. Whooper's are usually considered to be a winter visitor in Britain, some seem to remain all year.
Some shots from yesterday which I was unable to load are Here (don't know why it wouldn't work).
