Did the crows clear it with air control?

Big drop in temperature today. Has winter arrived? Very windy as well so when I went to Spynie Loch there was not much in evidence except for the swans. (Studying my pics later I discovered all the ducks etc were nestling in the reeds on the far side, out of the wind.) I did not stay long but while I was there the swans were particularly active and seemed to be taking off and landing just for the joy of it! Perhaps they find it easier when there is a good head wind to give them lift. I was lucky to have a reasonably clear morning before the much needed rain set in. You can see more swan shots here.
