USA Day 4 - Take me out to the ball game...

I was spoilt for choice today in terms of photos, we visited both the JFK museum and library and went to see the Red Sox play Chicago. I chose the baseball picture as I am still feeling the exictment of the match, also a little tipsy from post match drinks!

Back to baseball in a min as we also visited the JFK museum on a very relevent day. We arrived at the museum at about one as it had been on our list of places to visit from day one. As we got off the bus we were greeted by a media scrum rather ignorently we had no idea that Ted Kennedy had died earlier that day. The museum was being used as the back drop for TV news from everywhere. The museum itself was great we spent almost two hours going through it, a facinating and well done gallery.

The Red Sox game was amazing, the atmosphere was great and even though we had standing tickets and the game lasted almost three hours we didn't feel the slightest bored or tired! the game itself was actually low scoring but at least Boston won!! Alsothe all sing along to sweet Caroline at the bottom of the 8th for some reason!!
