Sharing the sofa ...

Today I have shared my day with some great people in a care home I had the privilege to inspect in my work role. I would have liked to take pictures to share but instead I will share the thing that I loved most. On the manager's office door there was a framed copy of John Donahue's 'Blessing for old age ' from his book Anam Cara . I think its placement at the centre of the home contributed to the peaceful energy that was there. Now tonight we have the wood stove on and Jim is watching 'Who do you think you are ?' with John Simpson ...which is quite moving and serious reflected in his sombre expression . The cat is letting us share her sofa :-)
