Tonight's tea - pasta, but gluten free
OK, OK ... but it's been really busy. There is more in my life than my dinner, but eating healthily and learning about gluten free as well as lactose intolerant, and using up the veg box is leading to some inventive dinners. This may not be "off piste" for many but ... salmon, mushroom, spinach, and green beans were the starting point. 'Twas delish
