Wet Spider Legs

I noticed this very small spider in the front yard a few days ago. Since it only measures about 10mm with the legs extended, I first thought that it was too small and it really didn't look that interesting. Since today was another rainy, dark, and windy day; I decided to take the challenge. I did not realize the how colorful it was. I not realize that it had minute water droplets on its legs. The more images that I capture, the more I keep getting drawn into the world of close-up and macro photography. From what I could gather, this appears to be called a black and yellow garden spider. However, I am no expert.
