Field Trip...

I don't entirely understand why a cafe is involved but apparently Bethany's class project is centred around the book George's Marvellous Medicine which we actually read a couple of weeks ago. I don't remember any cafe involved in it.

Anyway, the october holiday homework project is to build a 3D cafe as part of this project so I thought we'd go on a field trip. We packed a notepad, pen and headed out on the bikes to the Palace Cafe, our local greasy spoon caf'.

She took the notes, I had a wee cup of tea and came upon a bizzare but possibly inspired breakfast roll choice by another patron.
Square sauage and....wait for it....

.....Cheese?!?!

I think it's a thin line between insanity and genius.
