Soup squash

One of the highlights of our chef Ken's cooking each day during our African trip were the soups he concocted. Inspired by these I decided to have a go at making my own with some butternut squash and carrot. Along with dashes of Lea and Perrins Worcestershire sauce and some chilli sauce this is my first effort and it wasn't bad!! I will be trying to improve as autumn leaves and winter draws on!
