Tickets to Vote

Local elections this Sunday, we now have Voteing Rights for these and EU Elections. So do all 16 year olds, but the majority can't be bothered, after all it is on a Sunday and they normally sleep until noon, then go swimming or laze around all day. Vote? that requires thought and reason, something sadly lacking with most of them..... if the numbers of them, especially teenage girls, smoking are anything to go on.
