Wind-Land-Surf-Sail-Thingy!

Had a trip to Birchwood to the Dentist today for the check-up that got cancelled last time. All clear thank goodness, I hate the thought of needing Work Done! Anyway, I arrived early, so had a walk around the playing field behind the surgery before my appointment, and I saw this contraption. Not really sure what to call it - it looks like a Go Kart with a sail!
