Refurbishment

The Peoples Palace Winter Gardens are currently closed on weekdays while they carry out repairs.

Work started on 1st October and is due to finish mid November. It mainly involves repairs to high level glazing in the glass house, costing £140,000.

Its amazing how money seems to be found for a lot of these projects in the lead up to next year's Commonwealth Games.
