Post run dinner!

Lasagne, garlic bread and a cheeky cider!! 10k run tonight with my running buddy Alex, she was 'fresh' from a half marathon at the weekend... And suffering with her calves! But a good run anyway, and nice to be out in the fresh air! :-))
