A box of Joy and Pain!

I received my order today of a box from Amazon containing 3 jars of almond butter (the joy!) and a foam roller (the pain). I know the foam roller will hurt like heck when I’m using it but it will definitely help my muscles recover more quickly from CrossFit and running!
