Punctured Tube Ridiculousness
Can you imagine a company who would not credit any and I mean any faulty components unless you waste spend at least 10 minutes filling out an online form and up loading a photograph of even the smallest item. Hmmn Any cynic may begin to think this was a deliberate ploy to prevent customers from claiming for small items such as this inner tube. However, my principles don't allow me to let it go.
