* Turn up the music.
* Sometimes, it's good to scare yourself. Just a little bit.
* Every now and then, run as fast as you can. Even if it isn't very fast or far.
* Turn the music up a bit more.
* Give anything new (a book, piece of music, a person) a fair chance. But, if it isn't happening, give up - you only have a limited amount of time.
* I still can't hear it - turn that music UP!
I could make good money knocking out inspirational posters, you know...
