Colly-wobbly footbridge

There was a very high tide this evening, with the strong Northerly wind blowing the North Sea up Faversham Creek.

This little lifting footbridge at Iron Wharf has never troubled me before but the sight of such a depth of cold water under it gave me a slight touch of the collywobbles. Much more wobbly than usual.
