Show me the Green Light

Green Lights - a rare sight 

The phone line has been playing up for a week, the dialling tone comes and goes, incoming callers get the "number unobtainable" tone and the broadband has become an intermittent pain.

The engineers at the exchange spent the best part of the last week messing about investigating, and yesterday the BT Openreach guy turned up and didn 't seem to have much of a clue   found it challenging. 

This morning, just as I had an important bit of work to do the thing went down again!

Still not much better. Openreach back again and this time completely rewired back to telegraph pole. Still a software fault!
