Four Men in a Boat

I woke early, and was thrilled to see an apricot sky, but by the time I got myself dressed the colour had gone. ' Oh well', I thought, I will still go out.  Much to my great pleasure, these 4 old codgers (don't tell them I thought they were old!!)arrived to take their skiff out for a turn on the lake.  They were freezing, kept rubbing their hands, but they would have soon warmed up once they got going.  This shot is of them just setting out from the shore.  The lake was lovely and calm even though it was freezing.  

It is a cold day, I have the fire going as my family from Twizel are coming to stay for the weekend. I got the lawns mown before it started to rain, so that's good.
