The Royal College of Physicians.

They have a book about every consievable problem at the Royal college. I thought the one entitled Gout and Goutiness was appropriate for some of the members on blip.

An amazing place and wonderful library. They serve a mean spot of lunch too.
Hoping to get another invitation to attend next year, but I hope I don't need to read up on this before then.
