Last of the mushrooms

Due to a typing error on my online shopping order, I ended up with a large carrier bag of mushrooms! However had a very healthy diet this week, mushroom soup (by the gallon), mushroom risotto, mushroom omelette, mushroom & bean curry, but today at breakfast I cooked the final mushrooms!
