Bring On The Sunshine

Back to the sorghum field.

What a difference a day makes. A big cold front and storm rolled through last night bringing a lot of rain and wind. I should have stopped this morning for a picture as all the low hills going north into the Alps were plastered with wet white snow and dark gray clouds like maybe in January! It has now cleared and warmed up for a great lunch time ride. The higher peaks are still looking magnificent and splendid blue skies presiding over all the earth below.

The farmers are harvesting the sorghum today. They were at the other end of the field from where I stopped for this picture, but too far away to make a meaningful image.
