rainy to day most of the day so it has been inside day Only to boots to get my pills and Molly having a garden day as she is not keen on the rain.

We are off to see my friend who has been in hospital for over a week. then back home for tea bath and a read in it and a evening of tv

the fms challenge is M so this one was easy me and Molly
