A peaceful view

Again a beautiful sunny day but with a strong wind blowing. We went to Stoke Gabriel today, approx 10 miles from Brixham, the roads there are quite steep and narrow with passing places to enable 2 cars to pass each other. It is a tributary to the River Dart, when the tide is out there is a wide walkway where one can walk across it to enjoy a walk among the trees. We were a little disappointed today as usually we enjoy coffee and home- made cakes in a very nice Tea Room there but today it was closed, however we had coffee and a toasted tea cake in a Pub by a log fire.
