Super handyman husband decided he could be Paul Holloway today and started to make some bread. It was actually very good for a first attempt although we had to add more flour than the recipe said. I look forward to the next attempt. This was all happening whilst I was trying to cook things to freeze for Mom and Dad who are finding it increasingly difficult to prepare their own food. Roast Pork for them tomorrow.
