Broken gate

As you know, I do like a gate in my pictures from time to time.

In fact, the old wooden ones are getting harder and harder to find, so I was pleased to locate this one not 10 minutes from home. It needs a spot of repair, but I suspect it's not going to get it.

The sky was a bit grey this morning, but I was lucky to get this picture for, within about 25 minutes, the heavens opened and it is still raining now.
