Wow, what a week! The department underwent a review this week and to say it has been intense is an understatement. ESTYN has nothing on one of these bad boys! Nevertheless we have all emerged from the other side exhausted but in one piece just about. A huge thanks to my team who have worked so hard and supported each other through it. Now just to wait for the dreaded feedback on Tuesday!
