Paracetamol

I'm sick again! Second time since arriving to Spain. I woke up with a sore throat yesterday. I didn't really do anything about it and today I'm paying for it. I went to the pharmacy this afternoon and the pharmacist gave me Frenadol with the most active ingredient being paracetamol, aka acetaminophen, aka Tylenol. I have a bad feeling about this medication, but I guess it's better than nothing.
