Art Deco

Have back blipped a bit - have been shockingly bad at getting my blips up recently. It's been manic at work and have been away from work and home a fair bit too. I am currently in Napier which is the Art Deco capital of NZ and is absolutely fantastic.Here is one of the buildings from the 1930's. An earthquake devastated the city in the 1930's and so pretty much everything was built in the style of Art Deco on the rebuild. In true Kiwi style of not getting rid of anything even when it is useless, the buildings remain standing and well preserved and are now a major tourist attraction.
I am here at a conference but I have been fortunate to get out every day to enjoy the sunshine which is much appreciated after a hard winter
