Popadum fungus

So. We were walking down a country lane in Suffolk.

There it was at the side of the lane. Looking all the world like a popadum thrown away carelessly.

On closer inspection it's a huge fungus with a kind of inverted honeycomb cone under the dull ochre cap.

It's not a great photo, it was dark in the hedge bottom, but if any of the mycologists out there may be able to ID it??
