Putting my heart into it...

Recent tests have shown I have a mild heart impairment, probably as a result of heart failure nine years ago. This news had me frightened to even move for a few days, but that immobility did my stiff joints no favours at all. So I'm back on my stationary bike for 20 mins every day to see if that helps my heart. At least I can look at the interweb on my phone while I pedal. Every cloud...
