Pristine

Today we entered Kochi prefecture. On the way to Kochi city we drove along the Shimanto river, the last pristine river big river in Japan. That means it's the only river with no concreted banks or dams ruining the natural flow. It was so beautiful. The water was clear but already really cold! I went int up to my knees, but it was too cold to go deeper. I loved sitting on a rock jutting into the river and hearing nothing but wind and water flowing- so peaceful.
