This chimney has no planning permission and has been condemned as a danger to both me and the owner of the chimney who wanted money off ME to correct HIS house. He has recently complained that I have been aggressive to him to the antisocial behaviour team yet I have not spoken to him since he asked for money and that was about TWO years ago. It is his house. It is a still day yet look at the smoke going horizontally indicating problems with it. It is in full view of the home of the neighbourhood officer employed by Circle Housing Group and a police house less than 100 yards away. Furthermore the dogs belonging to this house have twice this week kicked off at a lady horserider going past and one of the neighbours from hell as picced before with a lorry had a vehicle fire in the back garden that two fire engines had to attend at MIDNIGHT the other day.
