Roasted Red

My lovely husband returned late last night from a four day work trip. After an 11 hour journey he set about making some roasted red pepper hummus, from scratch, for supper.

All I had managed was to put a bake at home ciabatta loaf in the oven 5 minutes ahead of his arrival.

By the time I got up this morning (sat) he had emptied the dishwasher, cleaned out the fridge and sorted the problem with the stove which had me worried last night about a potential chimney fire.

So good to have him home.
