It's A Long Time Since I Rode Out On A Saturday!

Eldest son with carer at the pictures watching Turbo and youngest son at gymnastics. So an enjoyable 5 mile with the lovely Ben. The lovely Ben who jumped his whole 17.2 weight onto my foot when we tried to clip him later. I now have a wonderful bruise but I don't think it's broken!
