Microclimate

When I moved here nearly 4 years ago, I couldn't believe how different the climate was from only a few miles down the road. Where we live seems to be particularly odd, hence the house being referred to as the Icestation. However, I had to take issue with this sign while in for our regular Saturday morning breakfast. It's not even the middle of October; it can't be winter yet! It seems the customer isn't always right though; Adriano was having none of my complaints and the sign is staying as is.
