Damp

The day started and ended with dank, grey, constant drizzle, the kind that wets you good and proper.

We filled the day with wetness too;
The four of us took a trip to the local pool and had a surprisingly excellent time.
Miss B added a new game to her Leap Pad2 which involved the science of water.
The kids took long baths in the evening.
Oh yes, and at lunch time Miss B spilt a full cup of juice across the table and all over her brother.

Wet wet wet.

The photo... A local bakery we'd weirdly never been to.
Last night we caught wind that they were selling pies today for the last time as the owners, after 30 years of baking, have decided to retire.
As it was our last chance we decided to try them... the pies were really good!
Shame we wont be able to try them again.
