The colour of the pumpkin helped to counter the grey skies today and lift my mood a little.

It's been an eventful few days; the shock of going straight back to work took its toll and then whilst hoovering yesterday I put my back out and spent two hours being "manhandled" by my chiropractor. Luckily for me she worked her magic and, albeit a bit stiffly, I can move today.
