The Boy Hunting for Conkers

Well after yesterday's "official unveiling" wee Johnny went to footie this morning and scored 6 GOALS and 2 MOTM cards!!! Wee Messi had "switched" from the autographed signing into our boy!lol Well done Johnny! He was delighted with himself and he says Daddy promised him a QUID for every goal........eh well that equates to £6 Daddy!!

Daddy is in denial but I'm not sure!

The sleepover with Megan and her friend Carly I think went really well as they haven't really seen each other since Megan left Cairns! We dropped the 2 wee girls at Granny's house before collecting Rachel for swimming. We dropped Carly off on the way there.

Johnny and I headed down to collect the wee girls after lunch and stopped at this tree to see if we could find any conkers. It took a little while before we spotted them and then we found quite a few!! He was delighted and took great joy in winding Katie up over this!

While we were there we saw lots of police motorbikes coming down into the village and I said to Johnny "there must be someone important in this car as they have stopped the traffic at the light!".......as they came closed I actually think it was just a training exercise as we live near the police training college!

Both John and I have been working for a bit today and there will be a bit more tomorrow to do. Hey the tax man won't wait for his money!!

Big Papa is doing ok but isn't getting out of hospital just yet but Dad said he was on good form today.

A wee vino in hand now before the madness again tomorrow.
